One of the largest interchanges in the Quebec province.<\/p>\n<\/div>
Turcot Interchange, one of the largest interchanges in the Quebec province, links Highways 15, 20 and 720 in Montreal. After 50 years of service, it is now being rebuilt with nearly 80% of the works already completed. This 3.7B$ project is the biggest road project in Quebec carried out by Minist\u00e8re des Transports, de la Mobilit\u00e9 durable et de l\u2019\u00c9lectrification des transports and involves the reconstruction of four major interchanges.<\/p>\n<\/div>
RECo Canada was retained by KPH Turcot, the joint venture responsible for the design-build of the main infrastructure of the Turcot Project, to design and supply over 100 Reinforced Earth\u00ae structures including abutment walls, permanent walls with a height of up to 15m and temporary walls for construction staging. The project involves many complex structures featuring various specific and unique architectural patterns on RECo\u2019s rectangular TerraPlus\u2122 panels. More than 50,000 of 70,000 m2 of these walls have been installed so far with work scheduled to be completed in 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Apr\u00e8s 50 ans de service, sa reconstruction est pr\u00e9sentement en cours avec pr\u00e8s de 80% des travaux d\u00e9j\u00e0 compl\u00e9t\u00e9s. Ce projet de 3,7 G $ est le plus important projet routier au Qu\u00e9bec r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le Minist\u00e8re des Transports, de la Mobilit\u00e9 durable et de l’\u00c9lectrification des Transports et consiste principalement \u00e0 la reconstruction de quatre \u00e9changeurs.<\/p>\n<\/div>
RECo Canada a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi par KPH Turcot, la coentreprise responsable de la conception et la construction de l’infrastructure principale du projet Turcot, pour concevoir et fournir plus de 100 structures de Terre Arm\u00e9e\u00ae incluant des murs de cul\u00e9e, des murs de sout\u00e8nements permanents d’une hauteur atteignant 15 m et des murs temporaires pour permettre le phasage lors de la construction. Le projet comprend de nombreuses structures complexes et divers motifs architecturaux sp\u00e9cifiques et uniques incluent sur les panneaux rectangulaires de Terre Arm\u00e9e de type Terraplus\u2122. Plus de 50 000 des 70 000 m2 de ces murs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent et les travaux sont pr\u00e9vus se terminer en 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div>
